腹腔双套管和临床营养联合治疗肠瘘25例的临床护理

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience and treatment efficacy of continuous abdominal double-cannula lavage and drainage combined with parenteral and enteral nutrition for post-operative intestinal fistula.Method:25 patients with intestinal fistula were admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2014 and were treated with abdominal double-cannula lavage and drainage.TPN+EN were provided for nutritional support,along with appropriate nursing measures.Result:19 cases(76%) included in this study healed without surgical intervention,while 6 cases(24%) underwent surgical treatment.The average healing time for a fistula tract was (25.14±2.33)d,average monetary spending was (22.5±4.6)×104yuan,and average hospitalization time was (29.35±2.34)d. Conclusion:Abdominal double-cannula combined with clinical nutrition are highly effective in the treatment of intestinal fistula.High-quality nursing care of the cannula and prompt parenteral and enteral nutrition can facilitate recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve patient's nutritional status,promote healing of the fistula,avoid surgical reoperation,relieve patient suffering and economic burden.关键词
