Abstract
Deep venous thromb(DVT) is common complication of postoperative lower extremity fracture patients,but early symptoms of deep venous thrombosis are not obvious which is easy to be ignored in the clinical.During recent years,with the increasing of clinical reports and the deeper understanding of deep venous thrombosis,it will be more recognition by clinician.So how to take active and proficient measures to prevent deep venous thrombosis will become a hot topic.Through a lot of literature were analysed, this article from the preoperative routine examination, intraoperative attention, postoperative prevention and postoperative functional exercise for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity after four aspects of the prevention of deep venous thrombosis.关键词
