摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical features of primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of bone(PLB),and its pathologic features,treatment and prognosis.Method:The clinical data of patient with primary PLB was retrospectively analyzed,and its clinical features,pathologic features,treatment and prognosis were analyzed.Result:The case was diagnosed as PLB,pathological type of diffuse large B-cell type,after diagnosing the case was given CThOP,for four cycles of chemotherapy,CThOEP for 3 courses of chemotherapy treatment,after treatment,the clinical symptoms improved significantly compared with previous admission to alleviate pain.Conclusion:The diagnosis of PLB should be preferred pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemical diagnosis,treatment of choice for radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined treatment,appropriate chemotherapy is important for prognosis.关键词
