Abstract
A total of 141 papers were accepted at CIRED Session 3 (operation,control and protection)of CIRED 201 5.Two round table discussions“The protection of networks with low levels of short-circuit capacity"and“The Responsibility of distribution grid operators for system services"were held.The subjects of the CIRED Session 3 papers cover:maintenance and condition assessment of distribution equipment,distribution management,blackout prevention and contingency management, LV automation, MV automation, HV automation, phasor measurement unite (PMU), supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) and management distribution system (DMS),distribution network communication,islanding,fault location,earth fault,application of protection technologies,protection algorithm and simulation,fault ride-through,etc.Hot discussion topics mainly include distribution automation fault location,control and protection of networks with distributed generation.关键词
