复方板黄口服液制备工艺研究
Study on Preparation Technology of Compound Banhuang Oral Liquid
摘要
Abstract
To define the optimal conditions of preparation technology of Banhuang compound oral liquid,the conditions were screened by using some methods such as orthogonal test.The optimum conditions are as follows:soaking time of the medicinal is 12 h,decoction time is 1 h for twice,the relative density of the concentrated solution is 1.18 g/mL-1.25 g/mL,ethanol precipitating twice and the density of the ethanol precipitation is 600 mL/L and 750 mL/L respectively,standing time is 24 h.The results of the optimizated preparation process showed that the preparation process of Banhuang oral liquid is stable,simple and suit-able for prepartion.关键词
