羊传染性脓疱病毒研究进展
Progress on Contagious Ecthyma Virus
摘要
Abstract
Contagious ecthyma virus(CEV)is the pathogen of contagious ecthyma(CE),and could infect goats,sheep,wilde small ruminats and people.CEV mainly causes papules,vesicles,pustules and verru-cous scabs in oral mucosa,eyes,vulvae,hooves.The sick animals may be dead because of failure and sec-ondary infection.In this paper,CEV research progresses on virus characteristics,pathogenicity,mecha-nism of pathogenesis,mechanism of immunity,immune escape mechanism,detection methods and vac-cines were reviewed.关键词
