Toll样受体及其对肠黏膜免疫的调节作用
Toll-Like Receptors and Their Regulation Role of Intestinal Mucosal Immunity
摘要
Abstract
Toll-like receptors ( TLRs) are a highly conservative group of pattern recognition receptors, which play roles of pathogen sensors in vertebrate and invertebrate species.Recently, Toll-like receptors have been far and wide concerned. The recognition of TLRs to specific ligands is the basis of the innate immune system, and it enables protective responses to mount rapidly, then, it can activate adaptive immunity against invading patho-gens.TLRs play an important role in the process of distinguishing between the pathogenic bacteria and probiotic for the intestinal immune, while secretion of antimicrobial peptides is also regulated by TLRs in intestinal epi-thelial.This paper introduced the types of TLRs, ligands and the corresponding signal pathway, and discussed the key role of TLRs in intestinal immune regulation.关键词
