乳脂奇数和支链脂肪酸含量与瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸含量的关系
Relationship between Contents of Milk Fat Odd-and Branched-Chain Fatty Acids and Rumen Fluid Volatile Fatty Acids

Abstract
The objective of this experiment were to determine whether a relationship existed between the con-tents of volatile fatty acids ( VFAs) in rumen fluid and odd-and branched-chain fatty acids ( OBCFAs) in milk fat.Nine healthy lactating Holstein dairy cows with same parity and similar body weight were selected, which were at early, middle and late lactation period ( 3 cows per period) , respectively, and cows of the same period had similar milk production.Rumen fluid and milk samples of 12 h were collected to determine the contents of VFAs in rumen fluid and OBCFAs in milk fat.The results showed that OBCFA contents significantly correlated with individual VFA contents could be found ( P≤0.05 or P≤0.01) .The root mean square error of the regres-sion equations, which were used to predict the contents of acetate, propionate, isobutyrate, butyrate, isovaler-ate and valerate in rumen fluid using milk fat OBCFA contents, were 1.57, 1.06, 0.13, 0.33, 0.13 and 0.13, respectively.The results suggest that the currently developed prediction equations based on milk OBCFA con-tents show potential to predict the contents of individual VFAs in rumen fluid.关键词
