影响高校教师教学积极性的成因分析及对策研究

Abstract
On the basis of the earlier individual interviews, document research and expert consultation, taking the ten universities in Shanghai as the main research object, this paper analyzes the main causes that affect the teachers' teaching motivation in Shanghai from the aspects of general information, work life, environmental atmosphere and interesting appealing and so on and puts forward some countermeasures and improvement approaches combing with the practical situation.关键词
