摘要
Abstract
Cultivation of innovative talents needs the joint efforts of colleges and universities, companies and the government. The core issue of talents cultivation is enhancing the ability of innovation practice which is science-ori-ented and beneficial to people. Combined with the science research methods and characteristics from the University of California Berkeley, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the problems and the direction of higher education de-velopment in our country.关键词
