研究生班级建设与导师制相结合的探索研究

Abstract
Combination of postgraduate class construction and tutorial system is the innovation of the postgradu-ate ideological work which meets the requirement of further deepening the reform of postgraduate education and ex-plores a new organization pattern of graduate ideological and political education. The purpose of this paper is to ex-plore the pattern of the combination of graduate class construction and tutorial system, analyzes the necessity of the combination, and expounds the operation mechanism of new model. New organization mode can help tutors and class play a role in graduate ideological and political work and embody the main role of graduate students in the ideologi-cal and political work thus it is regarded as a useful exploring of the graduate ideological and political work reform.关键词
