摘要
Abstract
European higher education modernization is accomplished along with European modernization and closely connected with the wide application of modern science and technology. Three Revolutions provided a chance for Europe to modernize its higher education. Higher education modernization in Germany can be reflected from the readjustment of curriculum and higher education system was also established and perfected. German higher education advocated to combine teaching and research for the first time. The workshop, basic teaching method for graduate students, has laid foundation for modern higher education.关键词
