社会工作人才本土化培养体系建构研究

Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems existing in talent cultivation system and proposes to construct a lo-calized talent system based on the situation of China. Several ideas and strategies are proposed from three aspects including the development of the localized educational system, the completion of the localized training system and the improvement of the localized supporting system.关键词
