Abstract
With the popularization of education system in colleges and universities, the number of graduate stu-dents also began to rapidly increase. Therefore, the training of talents, skills and quality should keep up with the pace. How to apply the latest approaches to break the fetters of the traditional thinking, and to promote the educa-tional quality of graduate students has been a challenge. Under this situation, based on author's practical experience, and in view of the characteristics of the modern time and the graduate management, the remaining problems may be solved by improving the efficiency of graduate education, so as to make contribution to the sustainable development of educational cause in China.关键词
