Abstract
In order to implement the central task of university talents cultivation, an important way to improve the quality of higher education is to develop a view of education quality centering the efficiency of students' study and development, to improve education quality security system, and to set up professional institutions to guide stu-dents to improve their learning ability. Based on the case of Harbin Industrial University, this paper illustrates back-ground constructing, object setting, service content, operating mode, insurance measures to guide the students work of freshmen.关键词
