Abstract
For Confucius, the idea model of personality is junzi, which is also the end of his education theory. In Confucius's opinion, virtue and ability were thought as critical elements of junzi, and virtue plays a more important role than ability. However, modern education is deviating from Confucius's idea at the aspect of cultivating talents. Nevertheless, we can't deny that the concept which cares virtue a lot is still enlightening us now.关键词
