Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical value of transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) in the treatment of bladder cancer,to provide an effective basis for the clinical treatment of bladder cancer.Methods 80 bladder cancer patients in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2015 were collected for clinical research,divided into control group (n=40) and research group (n=40) by the random number table method.Control group was treated by partial bladder resection,while research group was treated by TURBT.Observed and recorded operative time,indwelling catheter time,blood loss during the operation,hospital stay,complications,postoperative recurrence and survival and so on of two groups.Results Operative time,indwelling catheter time,blood loss during the operation,hospital stay of research group were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of postoperative complications and survival rate between two groups (P＞0.05).Postoperative recurrence rate of research group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of bladder cancer patients treated with TURBT is distinct,worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.关键词
