摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Gestrinone capsules in the treatment of endometriosis and its effect on the hemodynamics of uterine artery.Methods 130 cases of endometriosis treated in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2015 were divided into study group and control group with 65 cases in each group in accordance with the order of admission.Control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and study group was treated with Gestrinone capsules on the basis of control group.The course of two groups was 3 months.Observed the changes of hemodynamics of uterine artery before and after treatment in two groups and the curative effect.Results After treatment,left and right side peak systolic velocity of two groups significantly rose,resistance index and pulsatility index descended,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After treatment,left and right side peak systolic velocity of study group were higher those of control group,left and right side resistance index and pulsatility index were lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gestrinone capsules in the treatment of endometriosis has significant effect,which can significantly improve the hemodynamics of uterine artery.
