Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasonic-guided percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainages in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods 40 cases of malignant obstructive jaundice admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to February 2015 were randomly selected, all patients received the treatment of ultrasonic-guided percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainages, the changes of related biochemical indexes of patients before and treatment were observed and recorded, meanwhile, the application of ultrasonic guidance in percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainages was analyzed. Results All patients had the puncture smoothly, with the successful rate of 100%.The related biochemical indexes such as total bilirubin [(249±135)μmol/L],direct bilirubin [(72±26)μmol/L] significantly decreased compared with those indexes before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of puncture under ultrasonic guidance can ensure the smooth operation, effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs and related biochemical indexes of jaundice;therefore,it has very positive effect on the improvement of life quality of patients.关键词
