Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of incision infection after aseptic operation in department of orthopedics of our hospital,and put forward some pertinent nursing measures in operation room.Methods 586 patients undergoing aseptic operation in department of orthopedics were analyzed,and the types of pathogens and related risk factors of postoperative wound infection were analyzed.Results There were 39 cases of postoperative incision infection in 586 patients,with the incision infection rate of 6.66%.Bacteria cultured from wound secretion were mainly staphylococcus aureus (46.43%) and coagulase negative staphylococcus (25.00%),pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria (14.29%).Age equal to or greater than 60 years old,diabetes,operation time equal to or more than 3 hours,consecutive operation,visitors'number equal to or more than 3,were risk factors of orthopedic surgical incision infection.Conclusions There are many high risk factors for the incision infection of aseptic operation in department of orthopedics.We should adopt targeted nursing intervention according to the specific situation of patients to reduce the infection rate.关键词
