Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing intervention on quality of life in patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy during the perioperative period.Methods 100 patients undergoing routine endoscopic thyroidectomy admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were collected and divided into two groups according to whether they were willing to accept clinical nursing intervention or not.Control group was treated with routine care,while experimental group was treated with clinical nursing intervention.Clinical indicators,pain,the situation of acquisition of clinical knowledge,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results Hospital stay and medical costs of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.01).There was statistically significant difference in VAS score between two group after the intervention (P<0.01).The rate of acquisition of clinical knowledge in experimental group significantly improved after the intervention,with statistically significant difference (P<0.01);there was statistically significant difference in the rate of acquisition of clinical knowledge between two group after the intervention (P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of relationships,environmental support,physiology and mental state between two groups after the intervention (P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention has significant effect on quality of life in patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy during the perioperative period,with reference.关键词
