Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in nursing care of senile cataract patients.Methods 60 patients with senile cataract were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group received routine nursing care,while observation group received clinical nursing pathway.Compared the average hospitalization days,nursing satisfaction of patients and families,the situation to grasp disease knowledge of two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction,the average hospitalization days,knowledge assessment score of observation group were 90％,(4.5±0.5)d,(91.5±2.8) respectively,those of control group were 77％,(6.4±0.7)d,(78.6±3.7) respectively,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway (CNP) can effectively improve the patients' satisfaction and clinical nursing effect,worthy of popularization and application.关键词
