Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) in reducing aspiration of long-term bedridden elderly patients with nasal feeding.Methods Established QCC team,determined the activity theme to reduce the incidence of aspiration of long-term bedridden elderly patients with nasal feeding.Through the present situation investigation and causes analysis,according to the law of 80/20,selected true causes.Through the brainstorming,found out countermeasures.Applied homemade bedside angle measuring instrument.Counselors carried out indwelling gastric tube length related nursing progress training.Team leader carried out nasogastric feed amount and speed standardization lecture.Improved the precision of bedside elevation angle,the correctness of the length of gastric tube indwelled by nurses,the education ability of nurses and the compliance of patients and their families.Result The incidence of aspiration of long-term bedridden elderly patients with nasal feeding before activities was 77％,down to 21.1％ after activities.Conclusion QCC activities not only reduces the incidence of aspiration of long-term bedridden elderly patients with nasal feeding,but also improves the work enthusiasm,team consciousness and ability to solve problems of circle members.关键词
