临终晚期癌症患者生活质量及其影响因素调查分析
Quality of life in patients with advanced cancer in terminal stage and its influence factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the factors influencing the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer in terminal stage.Methods The clinical data,including the results of the evaluation of quality of life,pain,age,sex,payment of medical expense,social support,disease and so on,of 88 patients with advanced cancer in terminal stage were retrospectively analyzed.The resulting data were statistically tested.Results If the patients were in the presence of chemotherapy,pain,no social support,payment for health care,old age,recurrence,and metastasis,their scores of QLQ-C30 scale were low,suggesting that the above indicators were the main factors influencing the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer in terminal stage (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Clinicians should accurately command the factors influencing the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer in terminal stage and provide targeted interventions basing on the actual situation of the patients so as to protect their quality of life.关键词
