摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship of CDX2 and survivin with cancerous adenoma and the clinical significance of colorectal adenoma with chicken-skin mucosa (CSM).Methods The expressions of CDX2 and survivin in normal colorectal mucosa,colorectal adenoma with CSM,colorectal adenoma without CSM and colorectal adenocarcima were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry SP.Results There were no statistical differences in the expressions of CDX2 and survivin between colorectal adenoma with CSM and colorectal adenocarcima (P＞0.05) but were between colorectal adenoma and normal colorectal tissue (P＜0.01).Conclusions CDX2 and survivin participate the process of adenoma canceration together.Colorectal adenomas with CSM is more cancerating than that without CSM.关键词
