摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine and sufentanil for analgesia after cesarean section and to analyze whether it has practical value in clinical use. Methods 60 women undergoing cesarean section from September,2014 to September,2015 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=30) with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia and an observation group (n=30) using dezocine and sufentanil for postoperative analgesia.2,4,12,24,and 48 hours after the operation, the visual simulation score (VAS),Ramsay Sedation score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups. Results 2,4,12,24,and 48 hours after the operation, the VAS was (2.32±1.11),(2.35±0.78),(2.03±0.76),(1.91±0.61),and (1.78±0.68) in the observation group, respectively, all were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the Ramsay sedation score was (2.46±0.81),(3.29±0.76),(3.14±0.72),(1.16±0.21),and (2.59±0.12) in the observation group, respectively, all were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 28.57% (8/30) in the control group and was 7.02%(2/30) in the observation group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine and sufentanil for analgesia after cesarean section can effectively relieve pain with no serious adverse reactions.关键词
