Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic enterolysis in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods 138 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction treated at our hospital from June,2012 to February,2015 were collected and divided into a laparoscopic group (n=76),undergoing laparoscopic enterolysis, and an open group (n=62),undergoing routine abdominal enterolysis, according to the wishes of the family members and patients. The surgical indicators, postoperative rehabilitation condition, and complications were compared between these two groups. Results The length of incision,intra-operative bleeding volume, operation time, postoperative anal exhaustion time, ambulation time, and hospital stay were significantly better in the laparoscopic group than in the open group (P<0.05).After the operation, the rate of pain medication usage and the incidence of complications were significantly lower in the laparoscopic group than in the open group (9.21% vs.53.23% and 1.32% vs.12.90%,P<0.05).7 days after the operation, the levels of PCT and CRP were significantly lower and PA level and EORTC quality of life scores were significantly higher in the laparoscopic group than in the open group (P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic enterolysis is minimally invasive and has fast postoperative recovery, less patient pain, and few complications. It is worth being generalized.关键词
