显微外科技术游离移植修复足踝部软组织缺损的效果观察OA
Microsurgical technique combined with free grafting in repairing soft tissue defect of foot and ankle
目的 观察显微外科技术游离移植修复足踝部软组织缺损的应用效果.方法 选取本院自2012年1月至2014年12月收治的60例足踝部软组织缺损患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例.对照组采用常规交腿带蒂皮瓣修复术,观察组则采用显微外科游离移植瓣修复方案,比较两组修复效果及手术一般指标.结果 观察组住院时间为(19.3±4.1)d,治疗费用为(1.5±0.3)万元,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组皮瓣存活率、感觉及两…查看全部>>
