米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑对慢性牙周炎患者的临床研究
Minocycline ointment combined with tinidazole for patients with chronic periodontitis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minocycline ointment combined with tinidazole for patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 104 patients with chronic periodontitis were included into this study and were randomly divided into a control group (n=52),treated with minocycline ointment,and an observation group (n=52),treated with minocycline ointment and tinidazole.The clinical efficacies of these two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate was 96.16％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group.The gingival bleeding index was (1.86 ± 0.45),periodontal pocket depth (4.15 ± 0.71) mm,inflammatory factor hs-CRP (4.65 ± 0.73) ng·ml-1,and IL-10 (6.76 ± 1.06) μg·ml-1 in the observation group,which were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences.Conclusions Minocycline ointment combined with tinidazole can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic periodontitis and the levels of inflammatory mediators so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worth for clinical application.关键词
