Abstract
With regard to administration of sand mining in river course, the author made an introduction on the guide ideologies, basic principles and work objectives of Guangxi;analyzed the existing problems such as imperfect legislation, repeated failure to prohibit illegal sand mining, slow progress of river sand mining planning, confused ad⁃ministration of river sand mining permit, long-term joint enforcement mechanism being not established;and put for⁃ward countermeasures.关键词
