复方中药烫伤凝胶的抗炎、抑菌及镇痛作用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objetcive To explore the anti-inflammatory,anti-bacteria and analgesic effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM)Tangshang Gelatin .Methods A total of 50 Kungming mice were divided into blank control group ( treated with blank gel matrix ) , compound flumetasone ointment control group ,lowc-oncentration[0.02 g(crude drug)/g (gelatin)] Tangshang Gelatin group,medium -concentration [0.04 g(crude drug)/g(gelatin)] Tangshang Gelatin group and high-concentration[0.08 g(crude drug)/g(gelatin)] Tangshang Gelatin group, with 10 mice in each group.The models of auricular swelling in mice were established with dimethyl benzene ,and then each group was treated with corresponding drugs .The auricular swelling of mice was assessed .Another 50 mice were selected and divided into blank control group (treated with blank gel matrix),diclofenac diethylamine emulsion agent control group ,low-concentration[0.02 g(crude drug)/g(gelatin)] Tangshang Gelatin group,medium-concentration[0.04 g (crude drug)/g(gelatin)] Tangshang Gelatin group and high-concentration[0.08 g (crude drug)/g(gelatin)] Tangshang Gelatin group,with 10 mice in each group.The hot plate method were applied to observing the pain threshold of mice in each group .The anti-bacteria effect of compound TCM Tangshang Gelatin was assessed using disk diffusion test .Results Compared to blank control group ,medium-and high-concentration Tangshang Gelatin groups achieved milder auricular swelling of mice (P<0.05).There was significant difference in the pain threshold of mice among 5 groups(P<0.05).The mice in the medium-and high-concentration Tangshang Gelatin groups obtained higher pain thresholds compared to the mice in the blank group (P<0.05),the pain thresholds at all time points showed no significant difference in 5 groups(P<0.05).The pain threshold of low-and medium-concentration Tangshang Gelatin groups increased with the increasing observation time ,and the highest pain threshold was found 60 minutes after drug administering in the high-concentration Tangshang Gelatin group .Tangshang Gelatin with different concentrations had the inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus Aureus,Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Escherichia Coli.Conclusion Compound TCM Tangshang Gelatin has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacteria and analgesic effects.关键词
