加热湿化器对急性呼吸衰竭无创机械通气患者气管插管率的影响
Impact of heated humidifier on tracheal intubation rate in patients with acute respiratory failure undergoing noninvasive mechanical ventilation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of heated humidifier on tracheal intubation rate in patients with acute respiratory failure undergoing noninvasive mechanical ventilation .Mtehods A total of 190 patients with acute respiratory failure undergoing noninvasive mechanical ventilation were divided into heated humidifier group ( n=90) and heat-moisture exchanger group ( n=100) .The rate of tracheal intubation,duration of noninvasive mechanical ventilation ,ICU stayt,otal hospital stay and death toll in ICU of two groups were recorded and compared.Resu lts There were no significant differences in the rate of tracheal intubation ,duration of noninvasive mechanical ventilation , ICU stay,total hospital stay or death toll in ICU between heated humidifier group and heat-moisture exchanger group (all P>0.05). Conclusion Heated humidifier can not reduce the rate of tracheal intubation in ICU patients with acute respiratory failure ,and can not be recommended as the first-line ventilation therapy for patients with acute respiratory failure .关键词
