Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of adenosine deaminase ( ADA) in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy . Methods A total of 64 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were enrolled as experimental group ,and 65 healthy pregnant women as control group.The levels of ADA,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),L-γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),total bile acid(TBA) and total bilirubin(TBIL) were detected in both groups,and a comparison of the levels of two groups was performed .The correlation of the levels of all indices with gestational weeks was analyzed in the experimental group .Results The levels of the five indices mentioned above in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivities of ADA(90.6%)and TBA(90.6%)were higher than that of ALT(81.3%),GGT (79.7%)or TBIL(82.8%).The diagnostic specificities of ADA,ALT,GGT, TBA and TBIL were similar,and were 95.4%(62/65),93.8%(61/65),95.4%(62/65),96.9%(63/65)and 93.8%(61/65),respectively.The accuracy rate of ADA (93.0%)was similar to that of TBA(93.8%),and they were higher than that of ALT(87.6%),GGT(87.6%) or TBIL (88.4%).The levels of the five indices positively correlated with gestational weeks in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,the detection of serum ADA level is valuable for monitoring the condition of patients.关键词
