环丙沙星-层状双氢氧化物纳米杂化材料制备及缓释性能研究
Preparation and Release Property of Ciprofloxacin-LDHs Nanohybrid
摘要
Abstract
Ciprofloxacin-Mg-Al double layered hydroxides(Cip-LDHs)nanohybrid was prepared by delamination/reas⁃sembling method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, elemental analy⁃sis, and thermogravimetry. The results showed that Cip anions was reassembled into the layer of Cip-LDHs nanohybrid. The release experiment result showed that Cip release of the Cip-LDHs nanohybrid was gradual, suggesting potential use as an effective drug delivery system.关键词
