摘要
Abstract
Internet+plan means the combination of the Internet and traditional industries, the Internet has become the driving the transformation and upgrading of China internal engine. For environmental law enforcement, Internet+plan is to get a new transformation law enforcement the external power and necessary way. The paper puts forward the path of the moving law enforcement, law enforcement concept of implant, personnel training, technical support, in the platform of Internet + to realize the combination of hardware and software and personnel systemic engineering.关键词
