Abstract
This paper reviews the total atmospheric emission reduction work in China, and puts forward the management system framework to reduce the amount of atmospheric emissions based on environmental quality, including the total amount control model as the core of atmospheric quality improvement and the technology method to determine target indicators, the implementation mechanism and a complete set of management system of the differentiation and intensification, and the evaluation system as the core of environmental quality.关键词
