摘要

Abstract

To achieve the sludge reduction, harmlessly treatment and utilization, a kind of solid fuel is synthesized by adding rice straw and other substances in the sludge. The combustion characteristics of the sludge derived fuel and its main raw materials are studied through thermal analysis technology� The results showed that: The sludge derived fuel has a certain heat of combustion with better combustion characteristics, which is easy to igniter. When the temperature is about 700℃, combustible matter in the sludge derived fuel has been basically consumed, the heat equivalent to about 0�48kg of standard coal. The main components of ash are CaO, Fe2 O3 , Al2 O3 , MgO and other metal oxides which is difficult to dissolve and stable� The technology of sludge synthetic fuel meets the current trend of sludge treatment and disposal.
