巴尔喀什湖近30余年动态变化遥感监测与分析
Remote Sensing Monitoring and Analyses of the Dynamic Change of Balkhash Lake in the last 30 years

Abstract
At the end of 20th century, as a result of the increasing influence of global climate changes and human activities on Yili-Balkhash basin, ecological problems have become increasingly prominent� Both the quantity and the quality of lakes'water resources are being threatened in different degrees, which have become the focus of attention both in China and Kazakhstan. This paper strives to monitor the dynamic changes of area and shoreline of Lake Balkhash since 1977 with the use of satellite remote sensing technology, and analyze reasons which lead to those changes over the 30s years. The results of monitoring and analysis showed that the area of Lake Balkhash experienced a large decrease and then a slow recovery. Area of Lake Balkhash shrank apparently during 1977 and 1998, which decreased 594km2 in total and the annual average deduction was about 28�3km2� Area of the lake increased a bit after 1998, however it was still 279km2 less than that in 1977. Analysis of the changes indicated that double factors of human activities and climate changes both of them made a great influence on the changes. Regional climate change had an influence on the changes of area of the lake, in the mean time, human activities aggravated the fall of water level of Lake Balkhash. In addition, the result of monitoring on the shoreline showed that the west of the lake had a northward tendency. Because of the water of Yili river pours into south of Lake Balkhash, and it brings a lot of silt, and causes northward of south shoreline. East of the lake clearly shrank which is fed by other rivers.关键词
