专科健康教育在颅底肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of specialty health education in patients with basicranial tumor sur-gery.Methods seven hundred and Ninety patients with basicranial tumors confirmed by pathology from January 2013 to Febru-ary 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,who were given the college health education;790 patients with basicranial tumors diagnosed by pathology from November 201 1 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as the control group,receiving the conventional health education.Comparison of disease recovery and the quality of life between two groups were analyzed.Results Observation group showed significant difference compared with control group in term of the compliance behavior (P <0.05);re-admission rate,complication rate of 7.59%,8.86% in observation group were statistically lower than 30.38%,27.85% in the control group (P <0.05).The mortality of 2.53%,5.06% in observation group and control group in-dicated no statistically significant difference (P >0.05 ).As for physical function,role function and anhelation,no significant difference was found (P >0.05);otherwise,the scores of 12 remainder dimensions had significant differences (P <0.05),the observation group took an advantage over the control group.Conclusion Application of specialty health education can signifi-cantly improve the quality of life in basicranial tumor surgery patients,can accelerate compliance behavior and can reduce re-ad-mission rate and complication incidence,which should be worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
