摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel on hs-CRP,MMP-9,TNF-α,IMT and lipids levels in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods Ninety patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were se-lected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received clopidogrel treatment,patients in observation group were given atorvastatin and clopidogrel therapy. Then the hs-CRP,MMP-9 and TNF-αlevels,intima-media thickness (IMT)and lipid levels in the two groups before and after treatment were measured and comparatively analyzed.Results After treatment,the hs-CRP,MMP-9 and TNF-α levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P <0. 05);Compared with before treatment,the IMT was significant thinner after treatment in both groups (P <0.05),and the ob-servation group got much thinner thickness relative to control group (P <0.05);Both groups showed significant decreases in serum lipids after treatment,but no significant difference was found between the two groups.Conclusion The therapy of atorv-astatin and clopidogrel can more effectively reduce blood hs-CRP and MMP-9 levels and make IMT thinner,can be better con-ducive to inhibit inflammation so as to decrease the incidence of stroke,which should be worthy of clinical practice.关键词
