Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of mild hypothermia on serum corticosterone levels in rats with cerebral car-diac syndrome(CCS).Methods The experimental rats were randomly divided into the mild hypothermia group and the normal temperature group and the sham operated group.Right middle cerebral artery of rat was occluded(MCAO)with nylon thread andⅡ lead ECG was monitored continuously within 2 hours to record the emerging of CCS .The Concentration of CORT in se-rum was measured at 2h,24h,48h,after middle cerebral artery occluded.Results The incidence of CCS in the mild hypother-mia group decreased compared with the normal temperature group (P <0.05),there was statistical significance.Serum CORT of the mild hypothermia group and the normal temperature group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Mild hypothermia can reduce the incidence of the CCS complicated with ACI by decreasing the serum Corticosterone level.关键词
