Abstract
Objective To study the related-factors analysis of the affected extraocular-excluded muscles in ocular myas-thenia gravis (OMG).Methods Clinical data of 440 cases with ocular myasthenia gravis in our hospital were retrospectively an-alyzed,who were divided into transformation group and non-transformation group according to the clinical types.And the basic data of the two groups were assessed by univariate analysis to identify the related factors,immediately after that,which were performed by multi-factor linear regression analysis to determine the independent factors.Results The related factors of the af-fected extraocular-excluded muscles in OMG patients,were confirmed by age distribution,RNS anomaly (including the abnor-malities of facial nerve,ulnar nerve and accessory nerve),thymoma,thyroid abnormality and hormone theraPY.Multi-factor a-nalysis showed that the facial nerve,ulnar nerve,thymoma and hormone treatment were considered as the independent factors. Conclusion From the above-mentioned results,We define the facial nerve,ulnar nerve,thymoma and hormone theraPY as the in-dependent factors of the affected extraocular-excluded muscles in ocular myasthenia gravis,which should be gave the highest priories in clinical practice as it can effectively improve the quality of life and prognosis.关键词
