Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of clopidogrel and aspirin in treating cerebral infarction.Methods Sev-enty cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from Mar.2013 to Mar.2014 were chosen,who were divided into the observation group (35 cases)and the control group (35 cases).The observation group was given the combination of clopi-dogrel and aspirin,and the observation group was given aspirin.The total efficiency and laboratory indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,6 cases were cured,1 7 cases were markedly effec-tive,10 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 94.29%;in the control group,2 cases were cured,1 1 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 60.00%.The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The index of platelet (PLT),platelet aggregation rate (PA)and whole blood viscosity (high shear,low shear)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group with sodium ozagrel.Con-clusion Clopidogrel and aspirin have an obvious clinical effect for cerebral infarction patients,which should be promoted.关键词
