摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection on acute ischemic stroke and on infla mmatory factors.Methods 80 patients withacute ischemic stroke were divided into the observation group(n =40)and the control group (n=40),patients in control group were given traditional treatment,observation group received Xingnaojing injection based on the control group,then the clinical effectand infla mmatory factors were contrasted between the two groups.Results The nerve functionandability of daily life were significantly better in both groupsafter the treatment(P <0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.05);The observation group got the total effective rate of 95.0%,significantlyhigher than 72.5% in control group (P <0.05);inaddition,after the treatment,the detection of CRP,IL-6and TNF-αshowed statis-tical difference between two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion The theraPY of Xingnaojing injection combined with the conven-tional treatmenthas curative effect onacute ischemic stroke,which can not only effectively improve the neurological functionand the livingability of the patients,butalso inhibit the reaction of infla mmation.关键词
