Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of removing blood stasis and activating collaterals in the treatment of postoperative cerebral edema in patients with hypertension-induced intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods All of 48 patients diag-nosed with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2014 were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group carried out the therapy of removing blood stasis and ac-tivating collaterals combined with western medicine comprehensive treatment, and the control group performed western medi-cine comprehensive treatment.Degree of postoperative cerebral edema,GCS scores, and neurological defect scores, clinical cura-tive effect of two groups were compared. Results At 24 hours,3rd day after operation, the degree of postoperative cerebral ede-ma and GCS scores in two groups showed no significant difference (P >0.05),however,which disclosed statistically significant differences at 7th day and 14th day (P <0.05).In contrast to control group, the experiment group made better progress as for neurological defect scores (P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment that removes blood stasis and activates collaterals can alleviate the degree of cerebral edema, improve blood flow state and enhance clinical curative effect in patients with hypertensive intrace-rebral hemorrhage.关键词
