首发精神分裂症患者阶段性健康教育的效果分析
Effect analysis of staged health education in patients with first-onset schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention of staged health education on patients with first-onset schizophrenia and their family members.Methods Eigity-two patients with first-onset schizophrenia were randomly divid-ed into control group (n=41)and observation group (n=41),the control group was given conventional health education mod-el,and observation group was given staged health education.The intervention effects were assessed by Nursing Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOISIE),Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS),Insight Treatment Attitude Questionnaire (ITAQ)and drug therapy compliance questionnaire between the two groups.Results It was found that the scores of BPRS after nursing intervention in the two groups didn′t show significant difference(P >0.05).The scores of NOISIE and ITAQ and drug therapy compliance in observation group were obviously better than those in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The staged health education in patients with first-onset schizophrenia can improve drug therapy compliance,which is beneficial to recovery.关键词
