摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of intracranial pressure supervise in the illness condition and prognosis e-valuation for moderate and severe craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 108 moderate and severe craniocerebral injury pa-tients were randomly divided into study group and control group ,54 in each group. The intracranial pressure in control group was measured by routine methods and the intracranial pressure in study group was measured by Invasive intracranial pressure monitoring. The GCS score ,GOS score ,compliance rate were compared between two groups. The intracranial pressure level was compared between different patients with GOS score. Results There was no significant difference of GCS score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment ,the GCS score in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01). The GOS score in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The compliance rate in study group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05). The intracranial pressure level was significantly different between different GOS score groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Intracranial pressure supervise is useful in the illness condition and prognosis evaluation for moderate and severe craniocerebral injury ,it is worth for clinical application.关键词
