过渡期护理模式对重度颅脑损伤患者的作用
Effect of transitional nursing model on patients with severe traumatic brain injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of transitional nursing model on patients with severe traumatic brain inju-ry .Methods One hundred and seventy-two patients were chosen ,and transferred to general ward after treatment in ICU .All the cases were randomly divided into transitional nursing model group including 86 cases and the control group including 86 ca-ses .The transitional nursing model group received transitional nursing model ,while the control group received traditional nursing model .After intervention for one week ,the incidence of adverse events ,status of anxiety and depression ,hospital stay and the families’ satisfaction in two groups were compared .Results The incidence of adverse events in transitional nursing model group was lower than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant (3.5% vs 16.3% ,χ2 =7.898 ,P<0.05). The incidence of status of anxiety and depression in transitional nursing model group was lower than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant (4.7% vs 15.1% ,χ2 =5.287 ,P<0.05). The average length of hospital sta-ying in transitional nursing model group was shorter than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant (24.1 ± 6.3 vs 32.4 ± 5.7 ,t= -9.060 ,P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients’ families in transitional nursing model group as higher than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant (94.2% vs 80.2% ,χ2 = 7.505 ,P<0.05) .Conclusion Transitional nursing model is beneficial to the psychological state and recovery of patients with severe trau-matic brain injury ,it is worthy of application and popularization.关键词
