生物质对高灰熔点煤灰熔融特性的调控机制
Regulatory mechanism of biomass on the ash fusion characteristics of the coal with a high fusion temperature

Abstract
To explore the effects of biomass on the ash fusion temperatures (AFTs)of the coal with a high melting point,the mixtures′AFTs of Hebi coal and Jincheng anthracite added with peanut and corn straw in different mass ratios were studied.The AFTs′variations of mixtures were examined on an intelligent ash-melting point measuring device,and their mechanism was analyzed by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF),and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that the AFTs of the mixtures decrease slowly with the increase of biomass ratios. Choosing the appropriate proportion can make the ash flow temperature (FT)meet the demand of liquid slag discharge.The minerals with a high melting point in the mixture ashes can react with other ash compositions,which lead to the formation of fayalite,hercynite,leucite,anorthite and microcline,etc.These minerals can form the low-temperature eutectic,leading to the decrease of ash fusion temperatures.关键词
