一种时间交织 ADC的时间失配后台校准算法
Background calibration algorithm for time-interleaved ADCs time mismatches
摘要
Abstract
Making use of the autocorrelation characteristic of input signal ,an adaptive digital back‐ground calibration algorithm for time‐interleaved ADC (analog to digital converter ) time mismatch was designed .The auto correlation characteristics of input signal and statistical methods were uti‐lized ,and the correlation calculation of the sub‐channels′output in the background was performed to estimate mismatch errors ,and then a fractional delay filter was used based on farrow structure to cor‐rect the errors .Error estimation module and calibration module make up of a feedback loop ,w hich can achieve real‐time error tracking and correction .MATLAB simulation results show that when the normalized frequency of input signal is fin/fs=0 .096 88 ,after calibration ,the SNR (signal noise rati‐o) of system is improved over 11 dB ,which means the calibration is effective .The algorithm is appli‐cable to any type of input signal ,and in terms of hardware implementation ,it is relatively simple . Farrow structure filter with only 3 to 5 order can meet the accuracy requirements ,w hich is especially suitable for project implementation .关键词
